Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd’s The Haven Lakeside Residences has won this year’s ‘Best Condominium Development’ in Malaysia at the South East Asia Property Awards 2012 beating other more established developers like Eastern & Oriental Bhd for St. Mary Residences.

Peter Chan, CEO of Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd flew in from Ipoh to receive the awards held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore.

The Haven Lakeside Residences is a luxurious condominium project comprising 497 residential units spread across three towers.

The Haven is set against a backdrop of a gorgeous 280-million-years-old majestic rock and a 4-acre natural pristine lake.

Billed as a retirement destination for investors, residents can look forward to being at one with nature at the yoga deck or swimming pools facing the lake or just explore the many beautiful and unique plants that dot the site via the jogging track.

Units at The Haven range from RM600,000 (US$193,258) to RM3.8 million (US$1.2 million).

Investors have the option to include their residences in the rental pool to be managed by Best Western Premier.

Once a booming tin mining city, Ipoh is now slowly waking up from its slumber as an up and coming real estate destination.

The win will no doubt place Ipoh on the radar among foreign investors looking for new markets in Malaysia.

it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home
a little bit, but other than that, this is fantastic blog.
